Obituary of Richard Niemi
Richard E. Niemi, 58, passed away unexpectedly, February 21, 2007 in Pensacola, FL. He was born March 11, 1948 in Groton, MA. He graduated from Lunenburg High School in 1966. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. He had been a boat captain, and worked in boat maintenance.
He is survived by a sister, Susan R. Niemi of Port St. Lucie, FL, 3 nieces and several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Alfred and Rachel Niemi, and brother A. Robert Niemi.
Private services will be held in Florida. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Massachusetts.
Arrangements are entrusted to Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City, FL
