Obituary of Robert Good

Robert James Good, 85, of Palm City, passed away February 3, 2007 at his residence. He was born July 20, 1921 in Lima, Ohio. He has been a resident of Palm City since 1992, moving from Delray Beach. He was a veteran of the U. S. Navy serving during WWII. Prior to retirement, he owned Good Drives Paving of Delray Beach, he was also co-owner of M.E. Good Realty, Inc. of Palm City and Port St. Lucie. He was a protestant and had attended Palm City Presbyterian. He enjoyed playing golf.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Margaret Enid Good of Palm City; sons, Robert H. Good, II, of Atlanta and Tony Good of Deerfield Beach; daughter, Phyllis Good of West Palm Beach; sister, Florabelle Killgore of Boynton Beach; brother, Richard Good of Dayton, OH; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

Visitation will be 6:00 8:00 PM Thursday and 9:30 - 10:30 AM Friday at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City.

Funeral service will be 10:30 AM Friday in the chapel at Forest Hills Funeral Home.

Entombment will follow services in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.

Memorial contributions may be made to the American Red Cross for the Florida Tornado Victims or to the Humane Society of the Treasure Coast.
