ROBERT J. AUSTIN
Age 50, of Port St. Lucie, Florida died at his residence on October 27, 2007. Mr. Austin was born on April 16, 1957 in Salt Lake City, Utah to Neal Adrian and LaDell Mae (Hansen) Austin. He came to Port St. Lucie in 1998 from West Pueblo, Colorado. Mr. Austin was in the transportation business for many years and was a veteran of the US Army, serving during operation desert storm. He attended New Life Christian Center in Port St. Lucie, FL. Mr. Austin is predeceased by his father Neal Austin.
Survivors include his wife of 9 years, Carol L. Austin of Port St. Lucie, FL, his mother Della Payne of West Pueblo, CO, a brother Rick (Frances) Austin of Williamsburg, VA, sons; Joshua Austin of Ft. Pierce, FL, Ron (Beverly) Hurt of Duneden, FL, James (Millie) Payne of Port St. Lucie, FL, Ken (Debra) Payne of Dade City, FL, Mike (Jerena) Hurt of Troy, MI, daughters; Helen (Clayton) Norman of Vero Beach, FL and Wendy Eichner of North Carolina. Also surviving are several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November2, 2007 at the Forest Hills Funeral Hom3e, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, FL. A visitation will be held on Thursday at the Funeral Home from 4:00 until 8:00 p.m. A guest registry may be signed at www.foresthillsfunerals.com
