Obituary of Robert Martucci

Robert Martucci, 84, of Palm City, FL, died April 24, 2014 at the Treasure Coast Hospice Hay-Madeira House, Stuart, FL. Born in Newark, New Jersey, he had been a resident of Palm City for the last 10 years coming from Boca Raton, FL. He relocated to Florida from Essex County, NJ.

During the Korean War he served in the United Sates Army.

Before retiring he was a license inspector for Essex County, NJ and also Broward County, FL.

He was a member of Sons of Italy Lodge 2855 in Palm City. He attended Calvary Chapel in Stuart.

Survivors include his daughters, Gloria Fano and her husband Dennis of Palm City and Roseanne McNair and her husband Joseph of Howell, NJ; his sons, Joseph Martucci and his wife Roxanne of St. Augustine, FL and Robert J. Martucci and his wife Diane of Plainfield, NJ; eleven grandchildren, and thirteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Helen Martucci and five siblings.

SERVICES: Visitation will be from 2:00 to 4:00 to 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, April 30, 2014 at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City. There will be a funeral service at 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 1, 2014 in the funeral home chapel followed by inurnment in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City with military honors, provided by the United Sates Army.
