Obituary of Robert Schultz

Robert F. Schultz, 84, of Stuart, FL, passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2014 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Hay-Madeira House, Stuart.

Born in Edison, NJ, he lived in Stuart for 22 years, coming from Woodbridge, New Jersey.

During the Korean War he served in the US Army.

Prior to retiring, he was a maintenance supervisor and mechanic in New Jersey for over 30 years.

He was a member of VFW Post 10132, Hobe Sound, Florida and had been a member of the Loyal Order of Moose in Woodbridge, New Jersey.

Survivors include his wife of 56 years, Lenore Schultz of Stuart; his daughters, Darlene Leander and her husband Scott of Union Beach, NJ, Dianne Gehrum and her husband Jim of Edison, NJ and Melody Martinez and her husband John of Sayreville, NJ; a brother, Kenneth Schultz; sisters, Elaine Schultz and Suzanne Murowski; one grandson, Christopher Manos and two great grandchildren, Cayla Petrowski and Brendon Manos. He was preceded in death by his sisters, Betty Schultz and Elsie Schultz.

There will be a memorial at the Natalie Estates Club House, 4800 SE Federal Hwy, Stuart, FL, Thursday, February 20, 2014 at 12:30 PM.

Arrangements are under the direction of the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City.
