Obituary of Roberta Sciachitano
ROBERTA BOBBI SCIACHITANO
Age 76, of Palm City, FL formerly of Port St. Lucie West died on February 22, 2008 in Stuart, FL. Mrs. Sciachitano was born on March 6, 1931 in Brooklyn, NY to William and Janette (Hersberg) Goldberg. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Sciachitano in October of 2003. Mrs. Sciachitano was a member of Pipers Landing Country Club and The Legacy Golf and Tennis Country Club in Port St. Lucie. She was also a member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church.
Survivors include two sons; Steven of Oceanside NY and Guy of San Leandro, CA, two grandsons Michael and Glenn and a brother Lewis Hoffman of Boynton Beach, FL.
A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at the Forest Hills Funeral Home 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, FL. Entombment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park Cemetery. A visitation will be held on Monday at the Funeral Home from 1:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Treasure Coast Hospice.
