Obituary of Roberto Illa

Roberto Illa, 94, of Stuart, passed away November 23, 2014 at St. Lucie Medical Center in Port St. Lucie. He was born in Havana, Cuba and had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for over 40 years. Roberto was a veteran of the U.S. Army, having served during WWII. He was a phlebotomist before retirement, and he was of the catholic faith.

Roberto loved cooking, fishing and socializing with all of his friends, and enjoyed a good game of poker every now and then.

He is survived by his daughter, Lorna Iuliano of CA; sons, Roberto, Randolph and Raymond Illa, all of CA.

A gathering for the placement of his cremated remains will be 1:00PM, January 12, 2015 at Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.

Arrangements are entrusted to Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City Chapel.
