Obituary of Roger Blocker

Roger Neal Blocker, 83, of Jensen Beach, FL, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Stuart.

Born in Nashville, Tennessee, he had been a resident of Jensen Beach for 14 years coming from Deerfield Beach, FL. He moved to Florida from Columbia, TN.

During the Korean War he served in the U.S. Navy.

Before retiring, he was a pilot.

He was a member of the Jensen Beach Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years, Betty Jean Blocker of Jensen Beach; sons, Ronald Blocker and his wife Kelly of Chapel Hill, TN and Eric Blocker and his wife Sala of El Paso, TX; daughters, Ann Leone and her husband Jeff of Hutchinson Island, FL, Chanel Cerqueira of Palm City, FL and Emily Blocker of Fort Lauderdale, FL ; nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
