Obituary of Ronny Solon
Ronny L. Solon, 76, died Monday, March 12, 2007 at his home.
Born in Duluth, MN, he has resided on Hutchinson Island since 1994, coming from Duluth.
Prior to retirement he owned and operated Universal Electric in Duluth and was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers.
He was an Army veteran of the Korean Conflict era.
He was a member of Temple Beth El Israel in St. Lucie West.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years, Sandy of Hutchinson Island; sons Jeff (Karyn) Solon of Durango, CO and John (Lori) Solon of Newton, MA; sister, Helen Gallop of Scottsdale, AZ; and three grandchildren, Benjamin, Jacob and Mollie.
Funeral services will be held at 11 AM, Friday, March 16, 2007 at Forest Hills Funeral Home in Palm City with Rabbi Arthur S. Rutberg officiating. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Mr. Solons memory to Temple Beth El Israel, 551 S. W. Bethany Drive, St. Lucie West, FL 34986 or your favorite charity.
