OBITUARY of:
Rosabel Basto Sanchez-Patino, 62, of Port St. Lucie, died January 7, 2013 at her residence. She was born in Armero, Colombia, S.A. She has lived in Port St. Lucie since December, having moved from Bay Shore, NY. She worked 28 years for the Suffolk County Coalition Against Domestic Violence on Long Island. She was a certified home health aide for Gurwin Health Care in Commack, NY and worked as a pre-school teacher at My Little Friends Day Care in Deer Park, NY for 8 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Marilyn Sanchez-Raymond of Port St. Lucie; sons, Kenneth Sanchez of Los Angeles and Richard Sanchez of Port St. Lucie, her mother, Isabel Basto of Ibague, Colombia, S.A.; and ex-husband Franklin Sanchez-Patino of Port St. Lucie.
No services are scheduled at this time.
Arrangements are entrusted to Forest Hills Funeral Homes, Palm City Chapel.
