Obituary of Ruth Howard
Ruth Mae Howard, 88, of Hobe Sound, passed away on December 1, 2015 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart. She was born in Nicholasville, KY and she had been a resident of Hobe Sound for 45 years, having moved from Lexington, KY. During her working career, she was self-employed in the floor covering industry. She was a member of the Hobe Sound Bible Church.
She is survived by her daughters, Joyce Scoggins of TN, Judy White of Port St. Lucie, Alice west of Stuart and Sue Dallak of Hobe Sound; sons, Larry Howard of Hobe Sound, Bill Howard of Stuart and Rick Howard of West Palm Beach; 19 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; 10 great great grandchildren and siblings, Melinda Anne Harrison of Nicholasville, Ky and David Estrell Puckett of Sacramento, CA. She was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Howard and 5 siblings.
A Graveside Service will be held on Saturday, December 5, 2015 at 11:15 AM in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
Memorial contributions may be made to: Hobe Sound Bible Church, 11295 SE Gomez Avenue, Hobe Sound, FL 33455, in Ruth's memory or a donation to a charity of one's choice would be welcomed.
