Santo J. "Sonny" D'Augusta, 86, of Kings Isle, Port St. Lucie, Florida, passed away on November 14, 2018 at Lawnwood Regional Medical Center.

Born in Brooklyn, NY he had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for 20 years coming from Brooklyn.

Prior to retiring he was a pressman.  He was a member of St. Lucie Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie.  He was active at King's Isle where he was a member of the Bresche Card Club and the Italian American Club. He enjoyed bocce, bowling and pinochle.

Survivors include his sons, Dr. Thomas D'Augusta and his wife Barbara of Middletown, NJ and Dr. Richard D'Augusta and his wife Myriam of Segovia, Spain; his daughter Rosanne D'Augusta and her partner, Cathy of Belle Harbor, NY; his grandchildren, Thomas, Crispin, Lauren, Angela, Ricardo, Aku, Jesse, Noah and Gianna; his sister Frances DePace of Brooklyn; his brother Alfred D'Augusta and his wife Marylou of Skillman, NJ; his sisters in law, Rosemarie Douglas and Marie Capece and his dearest friend Dottie Sayah.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 56 years, Carmela D'Augusta in 2014 and his granddaughter, Kaylee Amelia D'Augusta in 2003.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 19, 2018 at St. Lucie Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie.
