Simeon Cruz, 90, of Port St. Lucie, FL, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 30 ^th . He was surrounded by family.

Simeon was born on March 24, 1930, in Honduras, to Stanislado and Maria Cruz. He worked in agriculture while living in Honduras for most of his life and retired to Florida in the early 2004.  Simeon was of the Catholic Faith.

Simeon was preceded in death by his parents and daughters Gavino and Autumia Cruz.

Left to cherish his memory are: his wife, Tranquilina Canales; daughter, Candida (Santos) Canales of Port St. Lucie; daughter, Maria (Andres) Serrvano of Stuart, FL; sons, Jose Cruz and German Cruz both of Stuart, FL; sons, Juan Jualberto (Jesennia Oseguero) Cruz; Plutarco Cruz; Oswaldo (Martha) Cruz; and Gil Cruz (Jose Santos) all of Honduras.

A visitation will take place on Wednesday, February 3 ^rd between 4-8 pm, followed by a Mass on Thursday February 4 ^th at 10:00 am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park in Palm City, Florida.
