Obituary of Teresa Balcom
Teresa "Terry" F. Balcom, 63, of Mineola, NY, formerly of Stuart, passed away June 7, 2009, at Winthrop University Hospital in Mineola, NY. She was born in Laurel, Mississippi. She had been a resident of Stuart for 20 years, before moving to Mineola. She had been a Pharmaceutical Technician. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by her husband of 22 years, Leonard Balcom of Mineola, NY; daughters, Michele Schmoyer and her husband J.B. of Stuart, and Rene Miller of Jupiter; mother, Willene White of Titusville; step-daughter, Susan Fleming of Mineola, NY; step-son Pete Balcom of Palm City; sister, Debbie Martin of Orange Lake, FL; brother, Rick White of Cocoa; 2 granddaughters, Kara & Laura Schmoyer ; and 1 step-granddaughter, Amelia DeJana. She was preceded in death by her father, Eugene White, her brother, Ed White, and son-in-law, Todd Miller.
Visitation will be 11:00AM, Friday at Forest Hills Funeral Homes, Palm City Chapel.
A funeral service will follow immediately at Noon in the Chapel.
Interment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
Contributions may be made to the charity of one's choice in Terry's memory.
