Teresa Mucia, 92, of Stuart, Florida, passed away on February 16, 2018 at the Treasure Coast Hospice, Stuart.

Born in Brooklyn she had been a resident of Martin County for 1 years coming from Marlboro Township, New Jersey.  She had also been a longtime resident of Brooklyn.

She was a homemaker and was a wonderful cook and loved to sew.

She was of the Catholic Faith and had attended St. Christopher Catholic Church, Hobe Sound, FL.

Survivors include her sons, John Mucia of Borger, TX, Stephen Mucia of Manalapan, NJ and Robert Mucia and his wife Christina of Palm City; her daughters, Patricia Gail of Montclair, NJ and Teresa Ann Mucia of Port St. Lucie, FL; her brother, Joseph D'Angelo of Las Vegas, NV; 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 12:00 to 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City, FL.  The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.  Entombment will follow immediately in the Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
