Theresa (Terry) P. Roseman, 89, of Palm City, Florida, passed away on Saturday, March 10, 2018 at her home in Oakbrooke Estates.

Born in Bayside, NY, Terry had been a Florida resident since 1955, coming from Bayside, via a short stay in San Bernardino, CA.  She had been a resident of Palm Beach Gardens from 1996-2004, and prior to that was a Dade county resident in Miami (Perrine, aka Cutler Bay), Florida, and was a practicing Catholic in the parish of Our Lady of the Holy Rosary, also located in Perrine/Cutler Bay, FL.

Before retiring, Terry was a successful residential real estate agent serving the South Florida marketplace.  She served her clients and/or friends with honor and integrity.  She absolutely loved what she did.

Survivors include her sons, Jere G. Roseman of Palm City and Robert A. Roseman of Star Valley Ranch, Wyoming; her grandsons, Evan J. Roseman, Eric A. Roseman and Mark Roseman; her granddaughters, Tracy K. Roseman, Katie L. Munch and Bridget Roseman, her sister Catherine Buchner of Boynton Beach, FL., her nieces Dianne Lavan, Suzanne New and Dawn Perusse, and Nephew Cliff Perusse.  She was preceded in death by her husband Melvin J. (MJ) Roseman in 1987, her brothers Johnnie L. Godley, and George A. Godley and her sisters, Rita M. Godley and Patricia (Patsy) Burruss.

There will be a celebration of her life held at her home in Palm City, FL. on June 9th 2018 (Terry's 90 ^th Birthday).
