Obituary of Thomas Hickman

THOMAS R. HICKMAN, age 79, of Stuart, Florida died at his residence on Friday, June 27, 2008. Mr. Hickman was born on May 2, 1929 in East Riverdale, MD to Joseph T. and Ruth (Cox) Hickman. He was of Christian faith and was a Veteran of the US Army/Air Corps. Mr. Hickman was retired from Civil Service and had worked in the US Navy Lab in Washington D.C. for many years. Mr. Hickman was predeceased by his parents.

Survivors include a daughter, Teri Davis of Tuscon, AZ, two sons, Glenn Hickman of Waldorf, MD and Wayne Hickman of Cypress, TX, two sisters, Alice Vedera of Palm bay, FL and Evelyn Pence of Stuart, FL. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren.

A Graveside Service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2008 at Forest Hills Memorial Park Cemetery, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, FL. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 10:00 am until 11:00 a.m. at Forest Hills Funeral Home. A guest registry may be signed at www.foresthillsfunerals.com
