Obituary of Timothy Shipley
Timothy "Stroker" Shipley, 62, of Ft. Pierce, died October 30, 2010 at Indian River Medical Center in Vero Beach, FL. He was born in Detroit, Michigan, and had been a resident of Ft. Pierce for28 years, having moved from his birthplace. He was an automobile and motorcycle mechanic before retiring.
He is survived by his siblings, Tom Shipley of Washington, DC. Bill Shipley of Grand Blank, MI, Charlie Shipley and Richard Shipley both of Livonia, MI, Francine Wilbanks (Jim) of Northville, MI, and Matthew Shipley of Brighton, MI; and children, Sharon, Rebecca and Timothy Jr; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mark "Trucks" Shipley and his parents, Rex and Francis Shipley.
Stroker was a friend to many. He will always be remembered, and don't forget: "I'm not happy until you're not happy".
Arrangements are entrusted to Forest Hills Funeral Homes, Palm City Chapel.
