Obituary of Valerie Bickings
Valerie B. Bickings, of Port St. Lucie, died October 6, 012 at Treasure Coast Hospice in Stuart. She was born in Pittsburgh, PA and had been a resident of Port St. Lucie since 1984, having moved from Ft. Lauderdale. She had been a Professor at Palm Beach State College, and was a nurse practioner. She was a member of North Stuart Baptist Church in Stuart.
She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Douglas Bickings of Port St. Lucie and daughter, Candice Warren of Newfield, NJ. She was preceded in death by her father, Donald Woodring in September, 2012 and her mother, Wilma Woodring.
Visitation: 9:00-11:00AM, Saturday, October 13, 2012 at North Stuart Baptist church.
Funeral Service: 11:00AM, Saturday, October 13, 2012 at North Stuart Baptist church.
Arrangements are under the direction of Forest Hills Funeral Homes, Palm City Chapel.
