Obituary of Valerie Pisapia

Valerie Bullock Pisapia went home to be with God on Thursday, June 4, 2015 at the Halifax Health Hospice in Orange City, Florida. She was 87 years old.

Mrs. Pisapia was born in Dover, NJ and grew up in Cedar Knolls, NJ. She trained as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Hospital for Joint Disease in New York City. She moved to Madison, NJ when she married her husband, Bartholomew (Benny) Pisapia, and where they raised their three children before retiring to live in Stuart, Florida.

Mrs. Pisapia was preceded in death by her husband of 55 years, Bartholomew (Benny) Pisapia. She is survived by her three children; Natalie Scarborough (Steven McCarthy) of Deland, Florida, Susan Lang (William) of Winter Garden, Florida and Bart Pisapia (Kathy) of Tallahassee, Florida; her sister Theresa Novak of Miramar, Florida; seven grandchildren, Aimee Dirienzo, Catherine Moline, D.R. Moline, Richard Lang, Karen Goldstein, Samuel Pisapia and Robin Pisapia; and nine great-grandchildren.

A Memorial Service will be held at the Forest Hills Memorial Park in Palm City, Florida on June 27, 2015 at 11:00 a.m.
