Obituary of Vera Alves Correia

Vera Maria Alves Correia, 65, of Port St. Lucie, died September 19, 2012 at her residence. She was born in Brazil and moved to the United States 20 years ago with her family. She had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for 4 years, having moved from South Florida. She became a citizen of the United States in 2011, of which she was very proud. Vera was a very spiritual person with strong beliefs.

She is survived by her daughters, Veronica Scott of Faribault, MN, Fernanda Antunes of Port St. Lucie and Roberta Reboucas of Weston; mother, Arlette Rangel of Brazil; brother, Afonso Domingues of Brazil and grandchildren; Vera Bianchini, Julia Bianchini, Amanda Antunes, Alexandre Antunes and Luca Reboucas.

Private services will be held.
