Vicenta Poloukine, 87, of Port St. Lucie, FL, passed away on February 4, 2016 at Martin Nursing and Restorative Care Center, Stuart, FL.

Born in Barcelonta, Puerto Rico, she had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for 20 years coming from Brooklyn, NY.

Before retiring she was a seamstress.

Survivors include her sons, George Poluokine and his wife Alina Valdez of Delray Beach, FL and Alexander Poluokine of Port St. Lucie; her daughter, Awilde Gamboa and her husband, Emanuel of Ozone Park, NY; her sisters, Sarah Padilla of Union County, NJ, Migdalai Padilla and her husband David , Carmen Colon and her husband Jorge and Florentina Serrano and her husband Anibal all of Puerto Rico; her brother, Luis Padilla and his wife Norma of Port St. Lucie; eight grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband George Poluokine and her brother Raul Padilla.

Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on Monday, February 8, 2016 at the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel with a Vigil Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Tuesday, February 9, 2016 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, Port St. Lucie. Entombment will follow immediately in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
