Obituary of Vincent Soriano

Vincent Soriano, 84, of Port St. Lucie, FL, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2013 at Tradition Medical Center, Port St. Lucie.

Born in Garfield, NJ, he had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for 21 years coming from Clifton, NJ.

During the Korean War he served as a corpsman in the U.S. Army.

Before retiring, mutual clerk for over 40 years for the New York Racing Association, at Belmont, Aquaduct and Saratoga Raceways. In retirement he had worked part time as a cashier at Target in Jensen Beach, FL.

Survivors include his sons, Vincent Soriano and his wife, Jackie Raynard of Port St. Lucie and Joseph Soriano and his wife Trisha of Fort Valley, GA; brothers, Wallace, Leonard and Michael; a sister Florence; five grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by his wife Betty and sisters, Mary and Eleanor,

Arrangements are under the direction of the Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel. Inurnment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park with Military Honors.
