Obituary of Violet Bryson

Violet Katherine Bryson, 83, of Stuart, FL, passed away June 29, 2014 at Treasure Coast Hospice Hay-Madeira House, Stuart. She was born in Royal Oak, MI and had been a resident of South Florida since 1965, coming from Michigan. She moved to Stuart from Plantation, FL.

Prior to retirement she had worked in the clerical department of the Martin County Health Department.

She is survived by her daughter, Cheri Fowler and her husband David of Jensen Beach; her son, Chris Stanaback of Ocala, FL; four grandchildren, Suzanne Reid and her husband Paul of Sunrise, FL, Christine Stanaback Cowell and her husband Troy of St. Petersburg, FL and Alex Fowler and Katie Fowler both of Jensen Beach; four great grandchildren, Katlyn Gatti, Sadie Reid, Julia Reid and Troy Cowell Jr.; her brother, William McKenzie of Port St. Lucie, FL and her sisters, Dixie Stanaback and Anita Stanaback, both of Jensen Beach, FL. She was preceded in death by her son, Stuart Glenn Bryson and her husband, Kenneth Bryson.

Visitation will be from 11:00AM to 12:00PM, Saturday, July 5, 2014 at Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City. The funeral service will follow immediately at noon in the chapel.

Interment will be in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
