Obituary of Violet Mccormick

Violet J. McCormick, 71, of Palm City, Florida, died July 13, 2008 at Martin Nursing and Restorative Care Center, Stuart, Florida.

Born in Bronx, New York, she had been a resident of Palm City for 34 years coming from Central Islip, New York.

She was a home maker and was a member of Holy Redeemer Catholic Church, Palm City.

Survivors include daughters Eileen Hatt and her husband David of Stuart and Maureen Adams and her husband David of Port St. Lucie; a son Raymond F. McCormick III and his wife Lisaof Port St. Lucie, FL; sisters Elizabeth Stanley of Howard Beach, New York and Ethel Robertson of Palm City, FL; a brother Patrick Robertson and his wife Carol of Ocala, FL, FL and 7 grandchildren.

SERVICES: Visitation will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on July 17, 2008 at Forest Hills Funeral Homes Palm City Chapel with a Vigil Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on July 18, 2008 at Holy Redeemer Catholic Church. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
