Virginia Gilberti Baio, 68 of Port St. Lucie died August 7, 2022 at  Hospice of the Treasure Coast. She was born in East New York located in Brooklyn N.Y. She moved to Port St. Lucie from Brooklyn, N.Y., in 1992. Virginia and her husband were the owners and operators of STP SUBS/Deli located in Palm City Florida. Virginia was preceded by her beloved husband Joseph Baio who passed in 2016. She is survived by her daughter Melissa Baio, son Steven Maiurro and son in-law Joseph Baio, and two grandchildren Joseph, and Nicholas Baio and one great grandson Giovanni Baio of Port St. Lucie, Florida, Two sisters Jean Palo of Port St Lucie and Linda Miller of Long Island Ny, preceded in death by her sister Joyann Gilberti.

Virginia's  service will be held at 10 am at Forest Hill's Chapel and a graveside service to follow located at Forest Hills Funeral Home Palm City.
