Obituary of Virginia Bohm

Virginia Lorene Bohm, 82, of Palm City, died December 17, 2009 at Martin Memorial Medical Center in Stuart. She was born in Fleming Neon, KY and lived in Livonia, MI until her retirement from Plymouth Steel Corporation in Plymouth, MI in 1989.

After retirement she resided between Michigan and Florida until settling permanently in Palm City, FL. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Palm City and served on the Altar Guild. She was also a member of the Women's Club of Stuart , the Whispering Sound Women's Club as well as the Red Hat Society.

She is survived by her husband of 62years, Cleo M. Bohm of Palm City; daughters, Cheryl Bahm (David) of North Port, FL and Nikki Bohm of Stuart; son, Chris Bohm (Mary Lou) of South Lyon, MI; grandchildren, Brett Hawker and Christopher Bohm and 2 great grandchildren, Lauren and Ashton. She was preceded in death by 2 sisters and a brother.

Visitation will be 1 - 3:00PM, Monday at Forest Hills Funeral Homes, Palm City Chapel.

A funeral service will follow immediately at 3:00PM with Rev. Tom Hartley officiating.

A Memorial Service, January 20, 2010, 11:00 AM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Palm City.
