Virginia (Ginni) Vannata, 91 years of age, passed away on Monday, January 15 in Palm City, Florida.

Ginni was the youngest of five, born and raised in Michigan where she grew her strength and work ethic. She lived in many places throughout the country from Missouri, New York, Rhode Island, eventually settling in Florida. She was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by friends and family.

Ginni was an integral member of the Martin Downs Community. An avid golfer, mahjong player and party planner, she lived with joie de vivre, generosity, and encouragement for all. For years, she volunteered her time in the nursery and pre-school programs at the Palm City Presbyterian Church.

She is the beloved mother of Paul (April) Quiggle, Jay (Maureen) Sartain and the late George Sartain, Vivian Eyre, Donna (John C) Vannata; cherished grandmother of Kristin (Sean C.) Ciccarelli, Kelly (Ricky M) O'Reilly, Heather Quiggle, Cari (Asaf) Rubina, Timothy (Jen D) Sartain, James (Nicole) Sartain, Bryson Sartain, Kelli Sartain; adored great grandmother of Aegea, Athena, Ayla, Meya, Nicolas; loving wife of the late Anthony Vannata. A memorial service will be held on Long Island, New York and Palm City, Florida at a future date.
