Obituary of Walton Oraham

Walton K. Oraham, 89, of Palm City, FL, passed away on March 6, 2015 at the Martin Medical Center, Stuart, FL.

Born in Iran, he had been a resident of Palm City for 13 years coming from Palm Beach Gardens, FL. He had been a resident of Florida for 50 years coming from Chicago, IL.

During World War II he served in the U.S. Army.

Before retiring he was a jewelry designer and the owner/operator of Jewels by Walton in Palm Beach County.

Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Geneva Oraham of Palm City; his sons Victor Oraham and his wife Nahrin of Glencoe, IL, Greg Oraham and his wife Liz of Seneca, SC and Steve Oraham of Miami, FL; his sisters, Violet Americus and her husband Norman of Glenview, IL, Wilma Jacob of Stuart, FL and June Berardino of Naperville, IL; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

There will be a memorial service at 2:00 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City, FL. Inurnment will be in South Florida VA National Cemetery, Lake Worth, FL.
