Obituary

William (Bill) Graves Case, age 79, passed away on February 3, 2026. He was born on November 10, 1946, in Natchez, Mississippi.

Bill proudly served his country in the United States Army, retiring as a Staff Sergeant (E-6). After his military service, he worked as a phlebotomist. He was also a licensed Baptist minister, faithfully serving the Lord and those around him.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Joanne (McClinton) Case; his daughter, Christine Watson and her husband Sam Watson; his son, Robert Case and his wife Joann Case. He leaves behind cherished grandchildren: Chelsea Rocker (and husband Brett Rocker), Ethan Case, and Ean Case, as well as great-grandchildren whom he dearly loved.

Bill was preceded in death by his parents Dewey and Edith Case, and his granddaughter, Rebecca Mee.

He was famously allergic to shopping and had a special fondness for desserts, which never failed to bring laughter and smiles to those around him. His faithful heart and steady presence will live on in the stories shared, the faith passed down, and the love he poured into his family. He will be deeply missed and forever cherished.
