Obituary of William Charlock
William Ross Charlock, 76, died Tuesday, April 22, 2008 at Martin Memorial Medical Center in Stuart.
Born July 20, 1931 in Elizabeth, NJ, he has resided on the Treasure Coast since 1994, moving to Stuart from Port St. Lucie in 2001.
He was a retired ramp attendant for Eastern Airlines and had worked for local Publix Supermarkets on the Treasure Coast during his retirement.
He was a Navy veteran, serving during the Korean Conflict Era.
He was a member of Tropical Farms Baptist Church in Stuart.
Survivors include his wife, Susan Charlock of Stuart; son, Cliff Charlock of Davie, FL; step-son, David Bailes of Stuart; step-daughters, Tammy Cabrera of Stuart and Anita Guyton of Pembroke Pines; sister, Jean Savage of Fairlawn, NJ; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his sisters, Joan Posik and Janet Schmidt.
