Bill peacefully went to be with our Lord at his residence in Port Saint Lucie Florida.

He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 50 years, Faustina (Florence) Higgins, brothers Thomas Higgins, James Higgins and sisters Anne Pembroke, Bridget Calamari and Mary Higgins.  Bill is survived by brother Donald Higgins.

"Uncle Bill" was loved by his 19 nieces and nephews.

A graduate of Fordham University, Bill worked as a corporate controller.  Bill honorably served in the United States Army.  He will be remembered as loving, caring, generous and funny by all that knew him.  His passion in life was music.
