Obituary of William Mills
WILLIAM L. MILLS, age 82, of Port St. Lucie, FL died on November 28, 2008 at Cornerstone Hospice House, The Villages, FL. Bill served in the US Marine Corps and was a Nassau County Police Officer for 25 years. He retired to Florida in 1981 and worked for Exit Realty. Bill was a devoted family man and will be missed by all of the people whose lives he touched in such a special way.
He was the beloved husband of Dorothy, devoted father of Donna Angeline and Diane Presepio, baby brother to Florence Fuehrlein, special grandfather of Michelle Hamilton, Kim Weeks, Christine Skorupski and Chuck Thomas. He was the amazing great-grandfather of 15.
A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at Forest Hills Palm City Chapel, 2001 SW Murphy Road, Palm City, FL 34990. Interment will follow at Forest Hills Memorial Park. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Villages For Hospice, 610 Casa Bella, The Villages, FL 32162. A guest registry may be signed at www.foresthillspalmcityflorida.com
