Obituary of William Prestia

William Frank Prestia passed peacefully with his son, daughter and her husband by his side on Wednesday, September 5th at his home at Parkway Nursing & Rehab in Stuart, Florida. William was born in Follansbee WVa and lived in Brick NJ for many years before retiring to Florida. He worked for Chase Manhattan Bank in NYC, and was a Mess Sergeant in the Army National Guard. He enjoyed building a shore house with his father in Herbertsville NJ in the early 50's.

Bill was preceded in death by his wife of 52 loving years, Ann (Nina) DeLuca-Prestia and, is survived by his daughter, Judy Prestia-Nichols who resides with her husband Dan in Stuart FL; his son Thomas Prestia and wife Evelyn and their two children, Julian & Giavanna who reside in Pittsburgh, PA, and a cast of cousins and loved ones residing in WVa, PA, NY, NJ & FL



A Celebration of William's Life will be held in New Jersey on September 22nd. Online condolences may be sent to: foresthillspalmcityflorida.com.

There will be no local services.
