Obituary of William Solomon
William Solomon, 80, of Port St. Lucie, died suddenly on Monday, February 23, 2015 at the St. Lucie Medical Center, Port St. Lucie.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, he had been a resident of Port St. Lucie for 20 years coming from Sterling Heights, Michigan. He also had resided in Stuart, Florida.
Before retiring he had been the plant manager at the Ford Motor Company trim plant in Utica, Michigan. He had worked for Ford for over 30 years.
He was of the Catholic Faith.
Survivors include, his wife of 60 years, Claudia Solomon; his son, William L. Solomon and his daughter, Michelle N. Solomon all of Port St. Lucie; his sister Helen D'Addezzio of Ferndale, Michigan and Brother, Leroy Solomon of Sterling Heights. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Peter Soloman, George Soloman, Joseph Soloman, Paul Herr, Louis Solomon and a sister Angelina Saloom.
There will be a Memorial Prayer Service at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 26, 2015 at the Forest Hill Funeral Home, Palm City.
