William Jay Spencer, 60, passed away peacefully on December 11, 2019 surrounded by his family in Stuart, FL.

Jay is survived by his wife, Diana; children Kim, Ryan, and Stephanie; son-in-law Scott; and grandchildren Kali and Tyler.

Jay was born on September 19, 1959 in Ithaca, NY.  He and his family moved from Binghamton, NY to Palm City, FL in 1993 and resided on the Treasure Coast ever since.

Jay was a naturally gifted artist and talented illustrator, owning and operating Jay Spencer Studios for over 25 years. His work is displayed in many prominent homes and businesses throughout Martin and Palm Beach Counties.

Jay was most importantly a loving husband and father and dedicated his whole life to his family.  He was deeply loved by everyone who knew him and will be forever missed.
