Obituary of William Thompson
William E. Thompson, 87, of Stuart, died September 5, 2013 at Martin Memorial South in Stuart. He was born in Haines City, FL on September 5, 1926. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served during WWII and the Korean War. He had worked in many different professions before retirement, including Gruman Aircraft and Southeastern Printing. He was of the Episcopalian faith.
He is survived by his sons, George Thompson of Stuart and Bill Thompson of Arab, AL. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marion Thompson in February 2013.
A memorial service will be held for William and Marion on Saturday, September 21, 2013 at 1:00PM at Forest Hills Funeral Homes, Palm City Chapel.
