Obituary of Willie Brinson

Willie Stean Brinson, 56, of Port St. Lucie, FL, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at St. Lucie Medical Center, Port St. Lucie departing this life here on earth then started her eternal life with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

Willie Stean Brinson was born October 11, 1957 to the union of Willis Jr. and Mary Davis in Chicago Illinois, the third of eight children. Willie attended the Chicago Public Schools and graduated from Fenger High School. She lived in Port St. Lucie, FL for approximately 1 year, coming from Aurora, CO.

She was employed by JP Morgan Chase and StyleMaster as an Accounting Manager.

Willie accepted the Lord at an early age and later was ordained as an elder. Willie was united in Holy Matrimony to Tyrone Brinson on October 8, 1977 and out of that union four children were born.She was a skilled interior decorator, event coordinator and seamstress. She was the financial treasurer of the Midway District Youth Department and Secretary for Hope Outreach Ministries Inc. Lucie, FL.

Willie is survived by her husband, Tyrone Brinson Sr. of Port St. Lucie; her sons, Tyrone Brinson Jr, Aurora, CO, Willis Demetrius & Alice Marie Brinson, AFB, NV and Emmanuel Bryant Brinson, Altus AFB, OK; her daughter, Sabrina Cathleen & Charles Pope of Deerfield Beach; mother; Mary Davis, brother, James Davis II; sisters, Rose Davis, Barbara & George-Smith and LaTanya Jennings, grandchildren Calista, Willis, Emmanuel, Naomi and Kimora, loving aunts, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her father Willis Davis Jr., step father James Jennings Jr., her brother Larry Davis, sisters Sandra Shaw and Martha Williams.

SERVICES: Visitation will be from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the Forest Hills Funeral Home, Palm City, FL on Saturday, March 1, 2014 with a service at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Park, Palm City.
