Yvonne duMont Finch, 92, of Palm City, FL passed away peacefully on April 14, 2021.

She was the daughter of W.B. duMont and Arlene C. duMont of Greenfield, Mass on July 26, 1928. She lived in Greenfield, Mass, graduated from Bement School in Deerfield, Mass and attended Emma Willar School in Troy, NY and then graduated from Kendall Hall in Peterborough, NH.

Yvonne moved to NYC where she met E. Gardner Finch and they were married in 1955.  They moved to Amsterdam, NY in 1957 where they resided for 26 years with their children Mark and Wendy.

She was an avid golfer and president of The Ladies Association at the Antlers County Club in Amsterdam, NY where she won two golf championships.  In 1983 they moved to the Evergreen Club in Palm City, FL where she served on numerous Club

committees. She continued her passion for golf until she was 88 years old.

Survivors include son Mark Gardner and his wife Denise Finch of Grand Island, NY, a daughter Wendy Finch MacCordy of Fairfield, CT and two grandchildren Edward MacCordy and Brian MacCordy of Fairfield, CT.

A Memorial Service will be held 11AM April 17, 2021 at Palm City Presbyterian Church, Palm City, FL.

Those who wish may make contributions to Treasure Coast Humane Society or Palm City Presbyterian Church in Palm City, FL.
